Form submissions are emailed to our own inbox and handled by Northpoint people. The website is run by our hosting provider, and email is delivered through standard email infrastructure; these providers process data on our behalf. We do not pass your details to any other third party.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, and then remove them in line with our normal housekeeping.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a single preference in your browser, light or dark mode, on your device only. That preference is never sent to us.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it.
